Reserve your stay at the resort
The cheapest place to book your resort stay is online through
this link for the main resort website. You reserve a room with your credit card and you will not be charged, it is only to secure your reservation. You can cancel anytime up to 3 days before arrival so its a safe way to reserve low rates in case they go up. You are charged upon checkout of the resort. Rates are cheapeast with double occupancy.
Book your airfare separately
Call us if you need assistance over the phone to make your reservation. Otherwise, book your air however you can find the cheapest and most convenient flight for you to Cancun (CUN) airport. Some examples below:
1) The best Airfare choices we have found out of
SF Bay Area are
America West/US Air (1 stop in Phoenix) and
United (1 stop in Denver), both around $500.
2) The other good choices out of SF Bay Area are Mexicana Air and American (we have a 5% off booking code), although they are more expensive. Suntrips has sold out for now but may have more seats available as it gets closer to March.
3) The best Airfare we have found out of Denver is Frontier Airlines, flights leave most days of the week for around $350
4) The best Airfare we have found out of Maryland/Washington D.C. is IAD to CUN non-stop on United for about $550
5) The best Airfare we have found out of Baltimore, Maryland is BWI to CUN one-stop on America West/US Air for $515
Airport-Hotel-Airport Shuttle Information
Airport-Hotel-Airport service is not included unless you booked an air-hotel package trip and they specifically told you it was included.
If you prefer you can coordinate shuttle service through Olympus Tours (concessionary travel agency in our hotel).

Package Deals
At this time, the package deals offered are not as good as booking the air and resort stay separately, so...since the only other major benefit of a package deal is to get a free shuttle (they call it a transfer) from Cancun airport to the resort we recommend book separately to get the cheapest rates and then work out the shuttle separately thorugh the hotel or a shuttle service.
